What kinds of collections does Collexius support?
Coins, banknotes, watches, books, militaria, trading cards, wine, whisky, cameras, comics, and dozens more — each with fields suited to that collection. Anything else fits the general-purpose profile.
Can I keep my collection completely private?
Yes. Your archive is visible only to you, by default, unless you choose otherwise.
Isn’t this just inventory software with a nicer coat of paint?
No. Inventory software counts things. Collexius documents them — provenance, condition, history, and the paperwork that proves it — the way a collector actually thinks about what they own.
Can multiple people share one archive?
Shared, permissioned access for families and estates is on the roadmap — not yet available.
What happens to my archive if I ever leave?
